I believe every person carries an innate capacity to heal.

My path to this work was not a straight line. Having walked through my own seasons of struggle — and found my way back to wholeness — I understand that healing is rarely tidy. It asks for honesty, patience, and a steady hand to walk beside you.

For over fifteen years I have sat with people in their most tender moments: in grief, in recovery, in the quiet aftermath of trauma, and in the hopeful work of becoming who they wish to be. My approach is warm, evidence-based, and deeply human.
